Tournament Entry Fee: (U-9 to U-11: $350) / (U-12 to U-18: $400)
Cheques should be made payable to "Ambassador Cup Tournament"
(All teams are guaranteed three games)

Applications are accepted on a "first-come, first-served basis".  Last year some divisions filled up early so you should apply early to avoid disappointment.
No application will be considered 'accepted' until the team entry fee has been received. There will be no refund of entry fees for any team withdrawing after the team entry deadline has passed.

All teams from outside of SOSA (Southeast Ontario Soccer Assoc.) must provide, no later than one week prior to the tournament, an official "Permission to Travel" form from their home District Association.
