Clippers Winter High Performance Program

The Cataraqui Clippers Winter High Performance Program will continue to provide training and competitive opportunities for players looking to maximize their potential. This winter programs for boys and girls will run at the U9/10, the U11/12, the U13/14 and U15/16 levels. The program will run twice weekly for a total of 16 weeks giving each player an opportunity for regular off-season development of important individual technique for next season. Each group will be limited to 24 players total (20 field players, 4 goalkeepers).

Every fourth session will consist of a variety of competitive elements involving both internal and external opponents offering players the chance to test their newly developed skills in a competitive environment.  Sessions will begin the week of Oct. 26, 2009 and run through to March and will be held at the Quarry Sportsplex Dome at 23 Soccer Lane (just off Division St.) in Kingston.

Note: Friday groups will alternate fields from week to week. e.g.: U11/12 boys on Field 1 Week One will be on Field 2 Week Two etc. Every second week Field 1 sessions will be used for the competitive element of the HPP

Cost: $225 for U9/10 (60 minute sessions), $250 for U11/12 and U13/14 (75 minute sessions), and $275 for U15/16 (90 minute sessions). All players will receive Clippers HPP training gear.
